Can I get a mortgage without a permanent contract?

If your employer expresses an intention on the employer's statement whereby the employment contract for a definite period of time is continued for an indefinite period of time, this is usually sufficient for most mortgage lenders. Even if an employment contract is not continued for an indefinite period, there is a possibility to derive the average income from the last 3 years, this is called flex income. Nowadays, in consultation with various employment agencies, there are possibilities to record a usable income, in this case you have to be employed for at least a year at the same employment agency.
